About Our Centre – Key Information for Parents
At Three Mountains Montessori, we provide a warm and welcoming environment where children can grow, explore and develop independence. Below, you’ll find important information about our centre, including hours, meals and fees.
Hours & Attendance
We are open Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM, operating year-round. The centre closes on public holidays.
Children must attend at least two days per week, with a minimum of:
6 hours per day for under 3 years
6.5 hours per day for 3+ years
Early registration is recommended to secure your preferred days.
Meals & Nutrition
We provide nutritious, home-style meals and snacks, fostering healthy eating habits.
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are included.
Dietary requirements can be catered for (additional charges may apply for specialty diets).
Mealtimes encourage independence, social interaction and respect for food.
Families are responsible for providing baby formula and nappies for infants.
Holidays & Absences
Public Holidays & Christmas – The centre is closed on public holidays and for a short break over Christmas/New Year. Fees apply during these closures.
Family Holidays – Families enrolled for six months or more can take up to two weeks of holiday per year at 50% of standard fees (with prior notice).
Sick Days & Absences – Full fees apply for absences due to illness or other reasons. Please notify us if your child will be away.
Fees & Subsidies
Fees vary based on age, attendance, and funding eligibility. Please contact us for our current fee schedule.
We offer 20 Hours ECE for eligible 3-5-year-olds (up to 6 hours per day, 20 hours per week).
WINZ Childcare Subsidies may be available for eligible families.
Fees apply for additional hours beyond funded ECE, absences, public holidays and family holidays. All accounts must remain in credit.
